At ItalPresseGauss we strongly believe in integrity, transparency, and accountability. We are committed to promoting a workplace where everyone feels safe to speak up if they witness or suspect any form of misconduct.

To support this, we have implemented a dedicated whistleblowing system that allows employees, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders to report concerns securely, confidentially, and, if preferred, anonymously.

This system is compliant with Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 and the EU Whistleblowing Directive 2019/1937.

What can be reported?

You are encouraged to report any behavior that you believe goes against our values, internal policies, or applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, theft, or corruption
• Bribery or conflicts of interest
• Harassment, discrimination, or other unethical conduct
• Health, safety, or environmental violations
• Breaches of data protection and privacy laws
• Any attempt to conceal or cover up wrongdoing

Even if you’re unsure whether something qualifies, we encourage you to report it. All concerns are taken seriously.

What’s Not Covered (Out of Scope)

Do not use the whistleblowing system for:

• Personal workplace disputes or HR issues
• Customer service or product complaints
• General inquiries or feedback

How to report

We offer a secure and independent reporting platform that is:

• Available 24/7
• Accessible in multiple languages
• Designed for anonymous or named reports

The platform will guide you through the process step by step. You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 7 days, and updates on the status of your report will be provided within 3 months (or up to 6 months in complex cases).

You can follow up on your case—even anonymously—thanks to a unique access code.

All data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

What happens after you submit a report?

All reports are reviewed by a dedicated team of external professionals.

We guarantee:

• Strict confidentiality for all reports and identities
• Protection from retaliation for those reporting in good faith
• Fair and thorough investigations of every case
• Appropriate actions will be taken if a report is confirmed to involve wrongdoing
