ItalPresseGauss is officially independent

As of June 3rd, ItalPresseGauss (IPG) has completed its transition to independence from Norican Group  through a management buyout (MBO).

This milestone marks a decisive moment in our journey, empowering us with more agility, responsiveness, and strategic freedom—key attributes that enable us to better serve our customers in a rapidly evolving industry.

Still backed by Altor, we are entering this new chapter with renewed energy and ambition. This independence allows us to fully focus on flexibility, product innovation and customer-centricity. Our mission remains unchanged: to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cutting-edge die casting tailored solutions that contribute to our customers’ success and the advancement of the industry.

Our Technology Center in Italy remains the beating heart of IPG. From here, we serve customers worldwide with state-of-the-art equipment, technical support, service activities, and spare parts logistics, leveraging on decades long presence on the market, technology know how and wide installed base.
Additionally, our wholly owned subsidiary in China enhances our ability to serve the local market, providing closer proximity to our customers in Asia and further expanding our international reach.

“Becoming independent allows ItalPresseGauss to accelerate our innovation roadmap and respond even more effectively to our customers’ needs, with the required level of flexibility for the offered die-casting solutions” said CEO Marco Gandini. “We are excited about the future and committed to driving excellence in every aspect of our business.”
