Via remote access

All our high pressure die casting machines installed after 2014 are fitted with a secure remote gateway feature as standard. This solution can also be easily retrofitted.
Without any interruption to your daily operations, and only ever at your request, this allows technicians from our Expert Engineering Team to connect directly to your equipment and gain access to the PLC and control panel in order to:
conduct troubleshooting
run diagnostics
implement software modifications and upgrades

High pressure die casting machines equipped with HMe, also allow access to the human interface, enabling Italpresse's expert technician to analyse the collected data for faster troubleshooting.
