MAINTENANCE PACKAGES: FOR PEAK EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE

Service Maintenance Program (SMP)

For full awareness of machine health and to identify areas for potential performance improvement, we recommend our SMP. Delivered once or ideally twice a year, based on your needs, you get: 
1) A multi-check inspection of your HPDC or Gravity Die Casting machine/s 
2) A report on critical parts requiring replacement or maintenance 
3) Recommendations on updates/upgrades that will help boost performance

Benefit to you: these regular service inspections will help you avoid unplanned maintenance and downtime and ensure your machines are operating with maximum efficiency. 

 

HPDC Standard Maintenance

There are certain maintenance essentials that really help decrease the risk of unexpected stops or failures and improve the overall efficiency of your HIGH Pressure Die Casting Machine. You’ll find them in our HPDC Standard Maintenance programs.
